Do "Banked Calories" carry over the next week? Let's say, I have lost 2 pounds for the week, but I still have 2000 calories unused. Does this surplus help me lose weight for the next week?

Your body doesn't know what day of the week it is, or even that there are "weeks". Other than that, I don't understand your question.1

To lose 1 pound of fat, you must burn 3,500 calories more than you have eaten. That 3,500 calories can add up over a few days. So yes, if you have a 2,000 calorie deficit all week long, you only need to burn 1,500 more to have lost a full pound. It's always a good idea to make all calories come from healthy food choices so that your body is being fueled for exercise and muscle gain.0

I'd just forget them and start fresh for the new week.1
