This for sure. You look great, but I think toning rather than losing lbs would do you wonders!!! Weight weights weights!!!! I saw a HUGE change in my physique when i started strength training vs just mainly cardio!

I am 5'6" and work out 5 days a week, lifting and eating healthy for the most part (a few cheats here and there) and I weigh 119lbs. I am trying to get more muscle weight, but not expecting a lot of weight gain.

Half marathon is my favorite distance! I did a full 2 years ago, and it was TOUGH. The half is a great distance. GOOD LUCK!!! :)

I have been running for about 3 years now, and started just like you! it all sounds so familiar. I think that I started increasing my distance about a quarter mile at a time longer than the 5k and if I felt like running longer then I would. I'm with everyone else, if you want a more accurate calorie burn, use a HRM. I started using one a year or so ago and was amazed at how off the mfp calories were for me. Also the more muscle you put on, the more calories you will burn.
