Grilled chicken breast..

The cheesecake would've been expelled of one way or another.. This way at least it didn't affect his body, just the trashcan
-
I agree, by eating that cheesecake it might have caused a few days of being off track.. It's all different for every person.. Who cares, it's just cheesecake! Store bought isn't good anyways! Unless it was homemade.. then it's a whole different story!

By the way, I am loving all of the success pictures! So motivating.. and helpful to me. Most women I know are thin and weigh around 115 and it's refreshing to see people my height weighing more than that!

I am 5'7 and went up to 220 with pregnancy. Now I am at 150.8 as of this morning! My goal is around 140 before I go for baby #2
-
That is great! I love looking at the graph trend going down!
-
It's good that you made the right decision! I sometimes do the same in an office setting if everyone else is eating a donut, I take one, take a bite and then secretly throw it away later at my desk. Just so people won't pester me about not eating it!
-
People are starting to ask how I am steadily losing the weight! It's funny explaining to them and hearing them say they don't have time for that.
-
This ^ It doesn't take much to lose weight, calorie deficit and some exercise, people are always looking for shortcuts, they will not happen!

Yolk is pure gold! Especially if you can get the free-range types! Do not throw them out! Or just buy the egg white cartons so the yolk will be put to good use in the manufacturing world haha

it is great to have before pictures! I didn't take any because I was ashamed of my weight gain. But I have before pictures from parties and I can see how hard I was trying to make myself look good. You can do it! Just keep that motivation burning, don't let it die down!

Moderation is key! Great job :) I agree that sugar seems like an addiction at times. I just learn not to go overboard and keep logging everything I eat! It's a great feeling at the end of the day when all of my macros are on point!

Calories for sure.. carbs do not matter if you stay within your calorie goal... Counting protein is probably more beneficial alongside counting calories
-
I am also planning on having our second child sometime this year. I gained 60 pounds with my first pregnancy, I weighed 220 at 40 weeks! Then within a year I had lost all 60 pounds and now I am an additional 12 pounds lighter. I am still trying to get more fit before my next pregnancy and stay fit too! I love MFP, it is…
-
This is an awesome transformation and I love that you are more confident and able to show your kids how to stay healthy :)
-
I was 178.. today I am 150! A happier, healthier fit mom!
-
I agree about the calorie inaccuracy.. either that or you are blowing everything off during the weekend.
-
I think this calculator seems to over estimate everyone's ideal weight. The same as clothing sizes that are now all vanity sizes! Making us feel good.
-
Love sugar!!
-
You can add me! I gained 60 pounds with pregnancy and now down around 70 :)
-
Watch your calories, you gained because you ate more than usual. It might have been water weight too. Those 5 pounds can come off easily with diet and exercise.. do not starve yourself
-
Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, chicken breast, plain milk, salmon, canned tuna, cottage cheese.. pretty much whatever anyone else posted above. Also I have a love for Quest protein bars
-
Good job! Even small goals are great
-
Congrats! Keep up the great job!
-
I was plateauing for 5 months.. Finally getting somewhere.. and I blame it on myself.. patience helps!
-
I have a 20 month old girl. I'm married I gained 55 pounds during pregnancy. I have lost 62. Goal: 10 more pounds

Not Canadian, but in other news what are you all going to do without TARGET?!
