1 pound this week at 5 weeks postpartum. This is my second baby and I gained 60 pounds, down 27 pounds so far. With my first baby it took a year to get back to my normal weight. This time I hope it comes off faster!

You look amazing! And you did the workouts from home which proves that you can't make excuses!
-
Great job! You look amazing, it's always so hard working out with little babies but you are doing great!

This person only posted 1 post in their life.. and they say they don't track calories. I don't believe them

I've noticed that cold coffee tastes better too. It's all I drink these days. I make a pot and make enough for 2-3 days worth of coffee. It keeps perfect in the fridge and a quick great way to make iced coffee!

I buy the Torani sugar free caramel syrup, brew a pot at home, add some whole milk (it's much better than the reduced fat), weight out 75 grams of milk, add 2 cups of coffee to my mug and 30 mg of the caramel syrup! It's about 50 calories total and I drink it all morning.

Too funny! I love that OP didn't freak out about it ;)

This is something I've been curious about as well!

pick the items without an asterisk *.. those ones are the most reliable and they have the option to use grams. I always type in "raw" or "cooked" to help me find the ones without the *

It took about 2 months.. and it has been over a year already and people still notice.. people that I see at least once a month.. Either they were afraid to ask or they really didn't notice until way later

Problem solved ;)

hahaha that's a great list for OP to follow.. try one of each food for a week and see which one give the best results ;)

Nope that's not the best deal. I've gotten them for $15 a box.. that's my stock up price

This is amazing!!

It is blue and black for sure! No doubt!

You need more protein.. Why would you cut meat out? It won't affect weight loss other than providing less calories.. in order to lose weight you do not need to focus on a certain group of foods to cut out, you should focus on staying within your calorie ranges and lowering your portions if needed.

Never.. too much effort

Lose weights... take your hand weights (dumbells, or whatever else you have) and throw them out your window.. Easiest way to lose your weights ;)

Congrats! Always awesome to reach a milestone

:D Awesome! You overcame so much!

The most important person that can deter you is YOU! All of the decisions you make are based on your own actions. Sometimes there will be those people trying to convince you to eat, just start describing what you are trying to achieve, show them your MFP diary if you must. (Log the food before you eat it and tell them how…

I have the same problem with my scale being "stuck" it's so weird! I have to sometimes grab something heavy in order to reset the scale.

Read the links! They are helpful

You get used to it and it become second nature.. I used to worry that I would get obsessed but after a year of logging I feel like it's the same thing as keeping track of your gas meter on your car. You don't obsess over it, just get it done and over with.

Oh I placed an order last month and love the $25 outfit I received. I keep forgetting to call and cancel the membership! I am not willing to dish out $50 a month.
-
You can do it. I was 220 at 40 weeks.. then 196 one month PP. Now after 21 months I am at 149. I was 162 pre-prego! It's takes dedication and self motivation.

I went on a non-juice diet.. and guess what, I lost 30 pounds this past year :) calorie counting, moderation, and getting my body moving

I loved that commercial too! I love how you are setting an example for your daughter :) My mom still tells me that lifting will make me bulky and manly.. I am slowly convincing her the opposite is true and even making her workout with me! It is awesome having that sort of relationship.

I wish I had before pictures. I did not want to take any.. was to embarrassed and emotional after I had my baby almost 2 years ago. Now I regret it, as I weight less than I did pre-pregnancy.

Make sure you are weighing your food!
