How does food Not have calories? Scary, what do they put in it?

The Dq double cheeseburger I had yesterday was only 600 calories. I was shocked! I can easily make a burger at home with more calories than that.

For three weeks I have been drinking a mix of 8 ounces of unsweetened cranberry juice, 24 ounces of water and two tablespoons of flax seed meal. I am not bloated all the time anymore. I don't have hardly any gas at all and my bowel movements have become much more regular. It's tart, but it works. I don't recommend…

A lot. I'll use sanitizer and then wash them, because I hate how the sanitizer feels. At least once an hour, probably more. Germs - ew.

Mostly condiments. The whole door is full and at least one full shelf. I have an issue... Tomorrow is payday, so I will be grocery shopping! I think there is also some leftover taco meat and shredded beef roast...and carrots. Lots of rainbow carrots!!

3.75 today. Trying to get to 4 on the treadmill, but keep running (ha ha) out of time. Darn bathroom break I always seem to have to take halfway through, it's driving me crazy!

I have a Jawbone and I love it! I have been averaging about 14k except on weekends. Yesterday was my highest at 18k+! Feel free to add me as a friend!

This happens to me also. I now make sure to shift my feet around. I think my problem was caused by my feet never moving.

I don't typically log my drinks as they mostly happen on Friday and Saturday and I'm really bad about logging on weekends. But, I am most certainly not about to give my idea of fun and that includes having some drinks and having a good party. Friend me if you like. :smile:
