I usually drink over 100 ounces of plain water and about 3 cups of black tea also. But this is what my body is used too. The more salty foods I eat or the more vigorous workouts I do, I will need to drink more.

Doing a 5 day clean eating challenge. I want to see how much of a difference it makes and if I can keep it up after this week.

Boiled eggs, made spicy turkey for lettuce wraps, made a chicken, black bean and quinoa salad. Cooked some chicken for stuffed peppers. Excited for this week of clean eating I'm doing.

Toast, half an avocado & a fried egg. Yum!

Not sure how high in protein this is, but I like to fry an egg, mash half an avocado and put them on a piece of toast. Delicious!!

At a total of 43.8 walking miles. I have a doctor appointment next week to hopefully figure out what is wrong with my side. I haven't ran in over a month now and it's not any better. Nothing seems to help it. Grr.
