i know u are right i am so petrified of getting back there... but whyyy cant i put down the donuts :( i made side by sides to help me but its not bc im thinking immediate gratification and not long term.... there is more emotional stuff behind this obviously... but i had it before too... oh man im a wreck...

my problem is moderation though.... i am a food addict and i have a very strong tendency to binge... it is most definitely best when i stay away from these trigger foods bc once i let one in my mouth barriers are down and thats it...i need to find starches that arent trigger foods... for me that is popcorn and vitatops...…

i dont really need to eat junk thats the problem... i went on just fine in life when i was losing weight really not eating junk and if i did eat junk it was like once a month before PMS time and it was limited to one day and i still lost weight... i should really go back to that... but for some reason my mind just isnt at…

I completely feel the same way as you... i struggled with binge eating as far back as i can remember, i eat and sneak food whenever possible no matter what mood im feeling... food is always there for me! i need to fgure out how to stop binging... i stopped for some time and lost 55 lbs and now here i am starting to gain it…

shabbos also used to always get me down... but i try to plan ahead.. i premeasure my chicken/turkey into the amount of ozes im supposed t have and i try to stick to green tea and cut fruit for desserts... i love making low cal side dishes... my favorite is popcorn cauliflower....soo easy to make and sooo soo good! roasted…

im having the same problem with my fitibit and shabbos! I wish there was some heter to wear it over shabbos! what kind of exercise do u input before shabbos?

hi, i have a trainer and i do feel it is worth it since many times it is hard to know if you are doing machine right or pushing yourself hard enough... I would try it once and see if it works for u :)
