I'm attempting it for the third time! I'm doing it to suit me though doing this: Level one - 5 days Level two - 10 days Level three - 15 days I get bored of how easy level one gets and shortly into level two so hoping by doing it this way the intensity of level three will spur me on to keep going and not get bored

My shape is okay, I think I have a small-ish waist and big hips and thighs. I'd love a pert bum and chest, a small gap between the thighs purely because I hate feeling them rub and a flat stomach :happy:

Thank you :) I think I'm going to try and do it in the morning/afternoon on the weekends my OH is off as I look after the LO while he does it in the morning before work then the rest of my day is spent running around after the little diva until bed time lol

I'm currently 149.2lbs and my first goal is 133lbs and if I'm still not happy I'd ultimately like to TRY and get to 120-126lbs so I can fluctuate comfortably :smile: I carry it most on my hips, thighs and belly :grumble:
