I log my food into MFP, I enter exercise into MFP and fit bit monitors my overall daily activity and adjusts my calories in MFP to suit. They never have exactly the same calories but They are close. Yes, I'm just getting upset. I have upped my calories so I net 1200 per day I. Trying to beat my personal bests whilst training . I have had my hubby hide the scales for one month to see if it helps as I'm stuck in a plateau.

Just to clarify most days I do not net 1200. I have been eating gross calories between my bmr at tdde-20 . Usually between 1400 and 1900. I receive my fit bit report and it advised I have averaged 2750 calorie burn per day inclusive of workouts. Also have have not double dipped exercise calories. I do not manually enter…

In regards to MFP calorie burn, I don't eat back all the exercise calories as I suspected that might be the case. I might invest in a HRM as well just to triple check

I love my fit bit!!! There is a new one coming out you can wear on your wrist so it won't get lost on clothing. I love that you get badges, can join challenges and I'm always trying to beat my highest daily steps. I would like a HRM to measure my actual burn in pump class, lifting weights and spin class ect.
