Awesome topic! Ive lost 25.69% of my original body weight. And ive lost 63.20% of my goal...(goal is to lose 100 pounds) Started on May 8th, 2010 :)

I second that! Just because its free doesn't mean you have to eat it. You wil probably regret it. Definately give the coupon to someone who needs it more than you. Maybe someone at work? Don't do ot! If you really want pizza, I have a recipe for a really low calorie pizza you can have for dinner, message me and ill send it…

Ellipticals are AMAZING! I have a WESLO, and it is a pretty good estimator of calories burned. I got a HRM and it says the same thing, I burn between 400-500 calories for 30min. But I seriously work hard at it too, If you can talk, go faster! :) Jenn P.S. Tae Bo is supposed to burn an amazing amount also.

I had lots of success with Tae Bo...you feel kind of silly doing it, but its pretty intense. No weights needed...I did Tae Bo Cardio. I dont do it since I got my elliptical though :) good luck. Jenn

I'm not sure I see the point in this topic, and it seems rather mean spirited. Seems to me that you can log whatever you want, and if it works great, if not, change it. Why focus on what everyone else logs? Jenn

I second the bread with peanut butter suggestion. It doesn't make any difference what time you eat. Or if you don't want to eat anything, a glass of milk is awesome...helps fill you up, and good for you! Jenn
