  • I know this sounds so cheesy, but the one thing I want to do when I get to my goal weight is to wear something with a larger belt that goes across the stomach to accentuate my tatas. :) Because then I wont look like i have a roll on each side of the belt. ;)

  • i post anything that has calories in it. Im an avid counter. if i have 1 saltine cracker- its logged. I measure out my drinks also.. I drink exactly 8 oz and log that. If its bottled water, i log 2 servings for every bottle, etc.
  • I've limited my soft drinks. one a day if i'm lucky.. and i log throughout the day, that way if i have a little room to cheat, its okay. :)
