Forgot to say, up your protein intake. Makes you feel less hungry, and lower carbs. I was doing: Protein 150g, Carbs - 85g and 40g of fats per day, and about 1300 calories

Looks like you're eating convenience foods. Swap them out for homemade stuff, will make you feel fuller. Ive been off plan for the last 8-9 weeks. But I was on 1300 calories and it felt like I was eating a lot as it was all fresh / homemade etc.

I can see where you are coming from in a way... only from the point of view that if someone pisses me off, I take it out on the gym, and usually get a better workout done, but that's all. Bad road to go down if abuse towards you motivates you.

There are gluten and dairy alternatives out there, and most supermarkets have sections for this. Try almond milk (its quite a nutty taste, but you get used to it and I prefer that to normal milk now). If you want bread, try the gluten free stuff, or try without bread, I dont miss it now. well nobody should feel inferior, Im well below all that weights. All those big numbers.. im only doing things like goblet squats with 10kg weight, lat pulldowns 25kg, leg press 40kg etc. I dont think I'll ever get to the weight you lot are lifting!!

Ah id like to do that as im a morning person, but I already get up at 5.45am on workdays. Struggle in the evenings sometimes, unless I go to the gym on the way home first.

Ive gone from 30% to 16 in 6 months. Only 11lbs lost because Ive gained muscle. Weight is staying the same but body fat is dropping. I am lifting now. and no, no visible abs - just a jelly belly..
