What’s going on with this?
Being measured by my PT every couple of weeks, but I seem to be lowering body fat, muscle is going up but I’m not losing any weight and neither am I seeing any reduction in cm/inches at all. Why would this be happening?

Full body workouts?
Anyone got some good full body workouts? Or where I can find some? I don’t want to divide my week up into body areas such as leg day, shoulder & back day etc, looking more for a full body workout that I can then adapt and maybe split into 2 parts so I can alternate. I just don’t know where to start looking. Thanks

Need some help re weight/fitness
Hi all, I need some help. I’m 5ft 3, 11 stone 7. Swim 3 times a week Gym 3 times a week In a calorie deficit Hitting my macros every day My weight isn’t shifting at all (not losing inches either) What am I doing wrong? HI, Quick question.. Im weight training a few times a week now, while eating clean and staying within my macros. Is weight training the most effective way to lose fat (combined with eating clean)? or should I be doing cardio?

I'm struggling. Tell it like it is.
I'm struggling. I was eating healthy, lost weight, got to a size 8, halved my body fat, was feeling confident and happy. I'm now 2 stone overweight, can't seem to motivate myself, eating all the crap I can find. It's like I'm self abusing through food. How do I get off this vicious circle?

Leaner but stomach not shifting?
Ive become leaner and leaner over the last few months. Leanness is very noticeable in shoulders etc, and i notice my legs and bum etc are leaner too... but my stomach is not shifting... What could i be doing wrong, or not doing?

Hi, I went to the gym last night and did some work on the weights machines etc... how do you all remember what exercises you did and how much the weights were? Do you take your phone with you and track it on there or a pad and paper and write it all down?? Or do you just remember? Thanks :) Mairi
