Macros - and how to change them to specific numbers

Hi, A while back i read a post in regards to changing macros to exact numbers that you wanted. However, I cannot for the life of me find the link that then linked to another webiste that allowed you to do this.

You have to subscribe to get the ability to do what you are asking0 -
You just have to play with the percentages until you get the grams you want for each category0
