Hi,
I know that you cant spot reduce, but im struggling.

Ive been doing really well and am happy with the way my body is shaping up (since November).
I eat clean, and aim for macros of 150g protein, 85g carbs, 40g fats, working out around 1300 calories (focusing more on the macros than calories). I now have a carb up day once a week where I double carbs (to 170g) and reduce fats to 30g and reduce protein to 140g.

I have a PT session on a Monday and get 2 other weights sessions in a week. Also trying to get back to gym classes (but work has been extra manic at the moment).

My body is shrinking, toning up etc, muscles more visible but why o why do I still have a jelly belly? What should I be doing different?

Your body loses fat where it is genetically programmed to, just like it stores it. The first place you get fat is the last place that will lean out...
