An easy one is Turkey mince chilli. Cook an onion, add the mince, add tomato puree and add half a sachet of fajita mix. Have it with rice, its gorgeous!

Feel free to friend me too :) I had a crazy sweet tooth, but i started to up my protein intake and eat healthier (a palmful of protein, fistful of carbs, thumb of healthy fats and unlimited veg for every meal with no snacks inbetween) and i would never get hungry between meals and didnt crave sugar! Feel free to add me, Ive just started down the fitness/nutrition road. Have enlisted the help of a personal trainer and am currently on a 28 day elimination diet to rid the body of toxins, bloating etc and to lose body fat. Its always good to have help or a support network :)
