If I can't eat my calories on the day of the exercise... because it is too late to eat. I put half the deficit on the next day... and don't worry about going over on the day after exercise. Keeps me from being too hungry.

OKAY DONE! 4 sets of 50. I think the first 50 was the hardest! :tongue: I did these on the Stairs. Each time I went up or down I did a set of 50
