I weigh myself a lot too and I don't let it bother me if I see a gain I worker harder if I see a lose I work even harder so I can keep seeing the numbers fall so it works fine for me.

I lost 23 pounds in 5 months . I exercised almost everyday a lot of cardio, drunk a lot of water and change my snacking (friut , kellogs cracker chips. skinny cow candy. skinny cow ice cream . instead of my favorite sour cream and onion utz potato chips . It came of pretty easy but im stuck now want to lose 30 more.

I too weigh myself every day i dont let the number bother me tho it keeps me focused if i see the number going doing day it pushes me to do better the next day if I see it going up then it pushes harder in the direction to get it off i loooovvve my scale .
