HEY EVERYBODY I JUST HAVE A QUESTION I JUST DID 30 DAY SHRED AND I DONT HAVE A HRM. HOW DO YOU LOG CALORIES BURNED ON HERE?

    I log it as "Circuit Training - general" - from what I've heard from people who do have HRMs, it's pretty accurate.

    ^^^^^^Ditto, I log it as circuit training for 27 minutes, cause I timed it and from start to finish it's about 27 minutes long.
