I agree. I don't understand how just throwing it out is harder then spraying it with windex. Either method is removing the food and wasting it too.

I don't know what would be best for you but I'm a night exerciser and I plan my meals WITH exercise calories at the start of the day. 400 cals per meal is fine if you're having three meals and three snacks per day which leaves you eating every 2-3 hours. Nursing is hard work!

I didn't freak out but I hadn't entered all my calories for the day so I wasn't sure what to eat. HAHAHAHA. I was so happy when it came back up and decided to start logging everything start of day and printing it out so if something like this happens again it won't matter.

My running partner cancelled last night and I'm not comfortable running alone at night so I thought I'd run this morning but then I slept in. ): So I'm going to try the run alone tomorrow morning.
