  • Hi Everyone! I'm 54 years old and the mother of two grown daughters (25 & 28). I had the sleeve on January 17, 2012. So far I am down 59 pounds. I'm really excited to be going through this journey. I joined my fitness pal so I could keep track of the food I'm eating and keep myself on track. I would love some new friends!
  • Hi Nelly, Are you doing protein shakes? The Premier Protein shakes have 30 gr of protein, if you can just get one of those down a day it helps a lot. I usually have mine mid morning but sometimes I have it in the afternoon too. They help a lot. Hope this helps.

  • Hi everyone! I had surgery on January 17, 2012, through Kaiser Fontana. As of today I'm down 56 lbs. I started MFP about 6 weeks ago because I had hit a slump in my weight loss, and wanted to keep better track of what I was eating, exercise etc. I really love it, and am looking for friends, so please friend me. Thanks!
