You could always modify the 30DS by just resting when you need to! You certainly don't have to do every single thing for the entire time. And like Alliooops said, walking would be a good way to add some light activity as well. As far as the dumbbells. . . what weight did you get? Are they adjustable? There's so many things…

What time frame are we lookin' at here? I glanced at a few days of your diary, and as long as you are honest in your tracking, it looks good. I get crazy measurements sometimes too. Sometimes I think it's just inaccuracy, sometimes water weight, and it also depends on how often you measure. If you are measuring one week in…

I suggest seeking professional help as well. You are on the verge of being underweight, and are severely undereating.
-
Did you consult with your dr before doubling your dose? Did you ask your dr how much weight loss to expect? Since you are working with your dr in your weight loss effort, my best advice would be to call and ask your dr!!!

I hope so too! I've been considering doing the Bod Pod! But as an aside, one can lose water weight any time, not just at the beginning.

Calculations rarely workout to what happens in reality. I'd chalk it up to water weight loss or luck. You will have weeks that the calculations say you should lose a pound and yet you gain one. I'd just thank the scale and keep doing what you're doing.

#1 IMO too much cardio and not enough weight training. You will NOT get buff, I guaruntee. Muscle is indeed denser than fat, but I can say with confidence that you aren't putting on muscle at the same rate you are losing fat as to make them even out on the scale. #2 Your food diary -- you aren't eating enough on the days…

I mean this in the most supportive and non-snarky way, but. . . 5 days? Seriously? Everyone gave great advice, but losing weight is not just a downward plummet of the scale. It takes time. You can adjust your calories, adjust your workouts, starve, eat back exercise calories, not eat back exercise calories, do high…

When I make a one-pot-meal, or a crock pot meal, I enter everything into the recipes section, then once everything is added I weigh the entire thing, then I know how much each individual serving will weigh out to be. Obviously it won't be 100% accurate because you can't really make sure every scoop or ladel full will have…

Are you the one that shops for, buys, and prepares all of the food? If so, it's your call really. You can still make them things they like, just healthier versions. Or you can tell them if they don't wish to eat the healthier food that you are providing them, that they can shop and prepare their own meals! I wouldn't buy 2…

AMAZING! Totally inspiring!

Totally this! I do the same thing trying to squeeze between things when I totally don't need to.
-
I think the trick is to keep making that decision every single day. And to realize that 1 (or 15) bad days doesn't ruin anything. It's commitment! And you've taken the biggest step. . . the first one! Congratulations on deciding to take control and change your life!

I always thought X= criss or cross (since an X is crisscrossed) so: School X-ing (cross) Ped X-ing (cross) X-tina (criss) X-mas (criss) Obviously in the pronunciation of criss or cross, not the spelling. It has always made sense to me that way, not that I really have anything to base it on.

Husband aside, yes.

If it's a machine I'm about to use I just wipe it down myself. I definitely wouldn't say anything to someone! And it just seems petty to tell management. Some people are rude, but honestly I just think some people don't even think about wiping it down.

I'd personally go for the Salted Caramel Mocha, but my vote is YES, DO IT!

^^^ :noway: I've re-read this like 12 times. Trying to process it. Are you seriously telling her to purge? Or am I a total idiot who does not understand that purge means something else? IMO You eat too little for the amount of exercise you do.

1 of 2 things are going on if you are gaining weight consistently: #1 you are not being completely honest (maybe even with yourself) about your calorie intake and are indeed eating in excess as to gain that much weight. #2 there is something wrong with you medically. I know you said you've been to the dr and everything is…

I was kinda feeling what you were saying until you started chopping people up.

So we're talking NO kids, NO work, NO cleaning, NO cooking? I'd sleep. And also I'd make sure it was after Magic Mike came out, and I'd wake up to go see that, then attempt to go back to sleep.

You look absolutely wonderful! Job well done. Very inspiring!

I don't pay one bit of attention to that! If I have a decent amount of fruit and veg for the day I'm way over, but my carbs (on a typical day, not all of course) are in a good range (I aim for 30%). I, personally, don't put any stock in that 24g per sugar a day goal! I also question how it would be possible to get the…

It takes a while. And if you haven't taken pictures and measurements yet, start! I have a really hard time seeing a difference even 50 lbs into this, but when I look at my progress pics and take measurements every month, it helps me process it.

I, also, have never been given so much as an awkward look. Perhaps I command respect  and look badass enough that people don't want to mess with me (doubtful). In fact I've gotten a lot of really encouraging comments, and a lot of compliments on my progress. Really I have never run into nasty people who are rude…

I love this, so motivating. Everyone looks fantastic! I just have face ones to share so far. Maybe another 30 lbs and I'll post body comparisons. Left = About 2 weeks ago around 185 Right = 1/1/12 around 225, which was 11 days after I had my 2nd baby (most unflattering, awful pic EVER)

Great job, you look wonderful! I also have a 3 year old and a 6 month old and decided 3 months ago enough was enough! Very inspiring! Thanks for posting this!

Ignore that. It's dumb anyway!
