  • I have lots of rap and pop music. I guess if you want ideas, you should probably post your music type preference. Anything with a fast beat keeps me going when I do my cardio. The louder the music the better. If you want a detailed playlist msg me and I will send you what I listen to!
  • Just had an excellent workout! I was pouring sweat and actually happy about it :) 500 calories burned on the eliptical and trying to stay focused the rest of the day as there will be lots of food temptation with family parties this afternoon!! My motivation thought of the day...being able to sit comfortably on a plane :)
