I'm actually very proud of myself this Halloween. We hardly get any trick or treaters, so my husband bought a box of full sized candy bars for the few who did come to our door. I didn't touch them, but I did have him hide the leftovers so I am not tempted by them later. :smile:

I just recently tried the Bolthouse Farms EVOO Vinaigrette Classic Balsamic. It is not fat free, but it is low fat. There are 30 calories per 2 Tbsp serving. I really like it a lot.

I do agree that fiber is important, but how frequently you go varies from person to person. I thaw out some frozen unsweetened cherries and add them to my plain greek yogurt and put about a tablespoon of Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup on top. It is heavenly!

During the week, I work out immediately after I get home from work, before I make dinner. Sometimes I take an extra walk after dinner too. I do prefer mornings on the weekends, though.
