I'm very proud of myself today!
I had a wonderful NSV today by completing Week 5 Day 3 of C25K. For those of you who have never done C25K, this particular day is 20 minutes of constant jogging. I successfully completed it and ended up jogging almost 2 miles! This is also the first time I have ran over 1 mile continuously. Today is good day :happy:
