Restaurant Food Hangover?

The last few times I have eaten at a restaurant, I get kind of a "hangover" the next day. My face and eyes feel really puffy, sometimes I get kind of dizzy and off balance, headaches, and just an overall blah feeling. I normally eat very healthy. My diet generally consists of fresh veggies, fruit, lean meats, with zero white carbs and pretty low sodium. I don't know what it is about restaurant food that makes me feel that way. I only eat out on special occassions, and even when I do, I try to choose the healthiest option. I don't know if my body just isn't used to that kind of food or what... Anybody else have this problem with restaurant food, or is it just me?

I can tell you I get sick after eating out, the food just doesn't rest well in my body. Also, last night i made a quick cheesy chicken enchiladas and used canned soup. It was so heavy it made me light headed and sick as well. I don't "think" its anything to worry about, just gives us an idea of what is in that crap!! :) All the more reason to avoid it.

I'm happy to hear that it's not just me! My body doesn't tolerate canned soup very well either.
