Restaurant Food Hangover?

The last few times I have eaten at a restaurant, I get kind of a "hangover" the next day. My face and eyes feel really puffy, sometimes I get kind of dizzy and off balance, headaches, and just an overall blah feeling. I normally eat very healthy. My diet generally consists of fresh veggies, fruit, lean meats, with zero white carbs and pretty low sodium. I don't know what it is about restaurant food that makes me feel that way. I only eat out on special occassions, and even when I do, I try to choose the healthiest option. I don't know if my body just isn't used to that kind of food or what... Anybody else have this problem with restaurant food, or is it just me?

I can tell you I get sick after eating out, the food just doesn't rest well in my body. Also, last night i made a quick cheesy chicken enchiladas and used canned soup. It was so heavy it made me light headed and sick as well. I don't "think" its anything to worry about, just gives us an idea of what is in that crap!! All the more reason to avoid it.0

I'm happy to hear that it's not just me! My body doesn't tolerate canned soup very well either.0
