There's a lot of guys that aren't doing it right either. When I see a girl in there, I'm like "That's a cool chick!" Most guys understand that a womans body and a guys body is completely different. So I think it's rare that any guy would look down on a girl because she isn't lifting the same weight. If she's throwing up…

I see a lot of guys at the gym that are pretty big and want to get bigger.... I from time to time have the urge to get bigger... You ladies are tuff... not too thin... not too big... what's a guy suppose to do? LOL
-
I personally love it when a woman is in there with us. I'm tired of the sausage fest with all the grunting, testosterone drivin, "I'm a bad *kitten*" attitude guys.... So you'd bring in a nice balance. Most of us don't know what we're doing either... I don't know how many times I just shook my head at the guys throwing…

I usually run with something is bothering me... what ever that may be, something in the past or something that happened that day. The extra anxiety helps me push harder and by the end I'm totally worn out and all my frustration is gone. On days that I don't have anything bothering me, I turn up my headphones and focus on…

I always try to hit my calorie goal to keep my deficit within range... if it requires one of my ratios to go over, I always make sure to focus my overage on the protein.

Well said!

Awesome! Thanks for sharing, that definitely added a little extra pump in my determination!

I try to plan out my whole day, so I can see where I need to balance my Calorie ratios and time my carb and protein intake. I'll then monitor what I eat during the day to make sure my log is accurate.

I would be careful if you use calories burned from the Exercise tab. They may not be accurate depending on your workout and body type. You run the risk of over eating on your workout calories. I found it best to use my HRM to determine my calories burned.
-
I do my best to balance all three... but I tend to put more emphasis on making sure my protein stays high. but I struggle the most on keeping the fat low, I'll usually try to find low fat foods.

I use a food scale... you can get them for under $20 on amazon. Works wonders, I measure everything. I'm not a big fan of using volume as a measurement
