Hi there! How is it going? It's easier to eat more cals for now, Have to find things to increase my proteins ( need 266-267 g) low my carb and salt but yesterday it was already better!! Scale is not horrible, I may be in my 2 weeks before TOM so not sure if it's that or the calories increased but I took 1.4 pounds...…

I ate "normal" food all week, But I exerciced more . I respect my daily calories amount but i'm always in red for sugar because I eat fruits....
