when I did JM 30DS, I gained a lot because I have water retention problems and when I do exercices that are intense, I keeep water more than usual, 2 weeks after the weight was down. Look at your inches lose while training with JM!

I have the answer for you! To gain 1 real pound you have to eat 3500 calories, did you?? for me 8 is too much I do 2.5 put I really have no endurance, strengh yes but not long lol you have to try it :)
