Been reading about this eating all your calories and lose weight................thought about it and then tried it, it works. Been at a standstill for 3 weeks, tried this eating all your calories this week and lost..................ok ok, I give up, but eating all those food make me feel stuffed and well, it just does not feel right, but it works so for me, I am eating all my calories and for a treat - that jam dougnut I've been craving now for how long........yum!!!

    Don't worry that weird 'overly stuffed' feeling does go away after a while. Took me a few weeks :D Enjoy your treat!!

    awesome, i love hearing these! i too felt so bloated all week (my first week) and i woke up this morning full of energy and feeling great, so i think im starting to balance out! excited to make the BIG jump next week!!

    This is so good to hear! I upped my calories to 1900 two weeks ago. I haven't seen any movement yet. Reading this helps with my patience.
