When its that bad I take an ibuprofen and soak in epsom salt. Help enough to help you move with out too much discomfort.

I agree, you are not eating enough calories. Whether you like it or not your body MUST have enough fuel to function normally. 1200 calories is not enough if you are as active as you say. You are probably runniing on empty by the end of the day. Eat and increase the calories. I bet the lbs will start dropping off.

I think body weight exercises are the best, at least for me. I get quicker results than lifting weights.

I started on the nearest Monday (lol). I sometimes move my rest day around when I miss a workout but usually I'm always on track.

I agree. I don't see how its physically possible to support an active lifestyle on a mere 1200 or less. The body needs fuel to function even at rest, and put exercise in the mix, additional calories is mandatory in order to remain healthy.

Im going on my 8th week of Turbo Fire, I'll be finishing this month! Great exercise program. I think I will do Jillian Michaels next (modified 30 day slim down)

If you look on amazon.com you will see a ton of reviews of people who liked it and didn't . Something tells me most of the people who didnt see any results it had more to do with them and their habits and not the program.

I am. I also do 12hour shifts at night usually 3x a week. Its the reason I gained weight, lol. I usually come home in the morning workout eat a small breakfast workout and then sleep.
