That is not enough. I'm buring by this workout around 230 cals. Maybe insanity would be better, it is around 30-40 min and burning around 500, maybe ad a other 30 min of something and you have your number

Congratulations, that is great news. I found out in May, baby born January 20th. But that was 5 years ago, lol. I have 6 kids. Stay healthy, do moderate exercising, eat healthy. Good luck

Take some protein bars or shakes with u to work and eat it on the way to your meetings. If you get a lot of protein to nourish your muscle, not as much carbs, you will grow ur muscle and flush out the fat. Made wonders for me, that's when my abs popped out. But don't loose your belly button :-P

Female Age: 37 Height: 5'6" Weight:118 pounds BMR: 1560 Burning a week : 2500- 3500 cal I am 47 days on mfp, lost 6.2 pounds, which I wanted to lose just 4. One time in this period i gained a pound, but now I lost it again. Which averages me for 1 pound a week. Mfp said 1560 cal a day to maintain.

I always had the same problem. Pooped once a week. Now, if you eat low carbs diet like me, that means sometimes I dont get enough fiber in my diet. But protein shakes seem to regulate me some more. I am 16 % bf right now, had a baby 6 months ago ( my 6th child), not eating too many calories and my period is still regular. I dont think that is the issue. You need to have your blood checked if you have any abnormalities in it.

It is obvious that there is something wrong with the diet. Yes exercise, because if you have more muscles, your metabolism is faster.
