Trouble Eating correctly!!!

Ok, I've tried everything on my own. Here is the deal and I'm not sure how to get past it:
I'm a high energy executive; constantly on the move; very very busy all day (usually walking from buildingin to building or going to meeting across town) just very busy. I've been able to get an almost daily breakfast, and that is maybe 5 out of 7 days. Lunch is really difficult, as I said, my meeting go ALL day (7 a.m. until about 2/3 p.m. when I usually get my first break) at this time I usually got to starbucks or somewhere within walking distance.
So I'm looking for sugesstions. I have been doing some heavy heavy lifting and have seen a huge increase in arms, chest and also, seen my waist drop 2 sizes, but I still have the tummy fat and it's bugging me as I should be far along than what I am.

Take some protein bars or shakes with u to work and eat it on the way to your meetings. If you get a lot of protein to nourish your muscle, not as much carbs, you will grow ur muscle and flush out the fat. Made wonders for me, that's when my abs popped out. But don't loose your belly button :-P0

Kuddos on the muscle gains, always exciting.
Great job on eating breakfast, keep that up and make sure it has protein and fat to keep you going. I second the protein snack, a shake, nuts or even a Larabar is fast and probably better than nothing. Of course you have the IF group...
For lunch I would bet Starbucks or similar takeout is not helping you at all. Can you pack a lunch the night before and just eat lunch at the office when you finish with your meetings at 2 or 3?
I often do this with my teaching schedule, a midmorning snack and then a late lunch.
What is your office kitchen situation like?
Leftovers from dinner are super easy, just make a bigger portion at dinner and pack up. Or simple things to grab in the am, fruit and veg, pack of tuna or deli meat, etc. Deli rotisserie chickens are great to get a dinner and lunch out of, really good shredded up on a salad.

Wondering what you are doing for your abs. Might want to do a little research on that. I found out what I was doing was not as complete as it should be. I now do four different ab exercises, as well as this tighten and release thing that is supposed to work my inner abs (as opposed to say crunches that work your outer abs). My husband commented just this morning how tight my stomach and ab area is getting.
Now if my *kitten* would just cooperate a little more...
