For the abs, i reduced my body fat by eating lotsof protein and little carbs , that way you can see abs and that way your thighs will get smaller as well and also do stair climbing, does wonders for your legs and bootae lol

Definitely agree. I would lower the carbs even more though,that way your body is being pushed into burning fat instead of carbs. Plus, on the protein I eat at least a gram per each pound of your body weight, to feed the muscle

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Unless u doing that everyday, you could use a spike day to confuse ur metabolism. Just make a healthy choice

I definitely would agree with that and also, your metabolism is faster in the morning and slowing down later, and with that you propably don't get your heart beating as fast thus burn less calories

I think spike day is a good way to confuse your metabolism, but it propably should be done the healthy way. If I do spike day , which is not very often, I eat much more carbs then usually. Worked for me so far, even though I don't have much to lose, actually I'm trying gain in muscle.

Definitely agree. The default Is very low. I'm eating at least a gram of protein per pound of my body weight and much lower carbs they are suggesting and i have great results

You def need to eat more cals, but also try to change your macros. Give it a try to eat a little of carbs and a lots of protein. Kind of like a atkins diet in moderate. If your body doesnt have carbs for energy, the second resource is fat. So, if you burn more then you eat, your body goes automatically to burn fats. Worked…

I think we should not be annoyed by other peoples doing, because everybody has different goals and different dreams. We need to be here to support each other, if we agree or not. I'm one of those who doesn't eat enough and works out a lot, but the eating part is not on purpose, I just cannot get enough cals on healthy food…
