not a good day for me yesterday, my UC is playing up and today feel bad too, I managed to get above 10k steps which is a positive hope I can do the same again today. 9th June 9km - 13,991 steps

6th June 15km - 22,676 steps, Monday is my only day off so I make the most of it and go for a forest hike :) now back to a very busy work week!

started this morning with a 5km walk before work, I love these challenges and have decided to make a document of km walked each day so that I can post my total at the end of the month and improve on that in July. I have a goal to drop another 2 dress sizes by August! Good luck everybody :)

I started this morning 5km walk before work where I will be sitting till my breaks, I plan to pop to the shop in one break and take my dog out for another walk later, so far I am on 7,268, my goal is to get above 10.000 steps which is challenging with my sedentary job lol Good luck everybody! :)

My job is very sedentary, I work 50+ hours a week sitting down, I have got into a habit of going for a long walk before work then grab another walk during break. We need the motivation and this group is ideal :)

I am in too, I love walking, got a Chocolate Labrador for company and armed with a fitbit Alta :) I get 10k a day plus but on Monday (my day off) I double it, today I went for a long 20 km hike, I have 10 kg (20 lbs) to lose by August preferably ;)

I would love to join this group, I am 46, eat clean, have cut out sugar but do allow a little sweetness in my diet. I am a keen hiker but have 20 lbs to lose (my last 20!)
