I will do a search, thank you ever so much, I have read about one and it sounds really great.

Hi Mechanicmom, I will try that... it looks great  songbyrdsweet, apparently goats milk is easier to digest than cows milk. I already know I am not lactose intollerant. Thanks for your reply though :flowerforyou:
-
That's the thing Keppick I just love the cow but I fear that the cow doesn't love me  I will see if the goat likes me otherwise I will go on to soy products (I will do this one last though because I am scared it won't taste as good in my daily brew and porridge)  I don't think we can get rice milk…

Well done Sean  Keep going, you are doing great!

Hi ChristyJade, Okay so you are about to have a calorie fest, enjoy it and don't think of your diet but make a pact, do some exercises on a mat like stomach crunches, squats, lunges, burpees (look up on google for videos) there are loads of fitness ideas on youtube if you search for one many more will follow. And pick up…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MGljX4bbps burpee
-
Totally agree but then I incorporate the burpees, squats, lunges in my training schedule which consists of doing an additional 90 min. of cardio. Which I should have said in my original message. I do apologise for giving false information, hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. :flowerforyou:
-
I second lunges, squats and burpees, you are focussed on one specific area. Start with 2 sets of 10 and build it up weekly. Good luck  Helen http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/HelenS70

I don't see it as working out too much I see it as pushing myself that extra mile. Like today I did 90 min work out in the gym then went for a half hour swim afterwards but tomorrow I will only do a 60 min work out but if I still have energy while I am in the gym I will quite easily do an extra 15 min. on one of the…

I got to bed at 6am after my nightshift and woke up at 11:30, it was way too hot to sleep. Had breakfast then hit the gym for a 90 min work out, had a half hour swim then spent 20 min. in sauna. It is still so hot out. Dinner is going to be a nice big salad with some chicken breast. (I burnt 1710 cals today) might treat…

mumsanutter, I still weigh myself at the gym but I won't let the numbers get me down because I know I am doing it right, we all plateau at some point, some have a longer plateau than others. Stick to what is right and think of the long term goal. We are all here to support each other and get fit :flowerforyou:

ChristyJade, I love cheese sauce but I have gone without since this diet as I know it would take up loads of calories but I found this: Makes 8 servings Rich, thick cheese sauce for serving over steamed vegetables Ingredients 1 1/2 cups evaporated skim milk 8 ounces cheese, low fat 2 teaspoons cornstarch Directions 1.Stir…

mumsanutter, all scales are evil. I have banned them from my house. If you follow your amount of calories and you exercise it is better to use a tape measure instead and watch the inches fly off instead
-
kpnuts, if you are feeling sick buy some root ginger, chop an inch off, peel it and give it a smash before adding it to hot water (add honey if you like) leave for 5 min. then drink that will soothe your stomach and it is good for you (even a bit of honey is too) :drinker: I love water :drinker:
-
I just got up and it's nearly 4!! :noway: I must have needed it, really hate nightshifts when it's sunny and hot outside. My food is all over the place at the moment, I had breakfast at 4am and now I am going to have a 2 banana milkshake before I hit the gym for my 90 min work out. Come home and have a food feast …

another handy link, I am thinking of joining this website http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/body_weight/weight_converter.htm

If I go by what it says when I finished logging my food for the day then I should be 75kg by the end of July however, I won't hold my breath on that one due to having a problematic bowel :blushing: :ohwell: but I will do my best by sticking to 1200 cal. of good clean food and plenty of exercise and water. I also plan to do…

It is a beautiful country (without sounding too biast) http://www.usa.visitwales.com/server.php?show=nav.8874 if you ever venture out this way:wink: Back to my quads, I decided to rest them after all, I took my son and his friend swimming instead and did some laps. I know that's not resting them completely but I just can't…

Thanks Mishy :flowerforyou: If you have a lovespoon and have children you might want to consider coming over and adding some balls (1 ball = 1 child) My legs do feel a lot better this morning, I might pop into town today to get some kind of muscle rub and some epsom salts for the bath. I can imagine I will be…

Goodnight God bless :flowerforyou:

Thank you all for your advice... :drinker:

I would love to go for a walk but it is getting close to my bedtime  (it's 23:18)
-
I have a new training schedule, my trainer gives me a different one every 12 sessions, it was indeed the second time at this but I love pushing myself too. I did 90 min. which was a bit more than what my schedule says but I just had loads of energy. I do interval training... it feels sooo good  :drinker:
-
yeah I was thinking that too, I might just have a bit of a stretch, take tablet and hopefully feel better tomorrow.
-
am out of epsom salts but I just found a muscle gel, I might rub that on before I go to bed. I remember the doctor telling me not to use the rub in combination with co codamol.
-
Is it okay to take co codamol? I have no idea what Tylenol is sorry (I am British)

Had a great work out this morning.. I am going to have 40 winks to recover  Hope you all enjoy the sunshine :glasses: :drinker: Helen http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/HelenS70

Hello Mumsanutter, I had exactly the same and it can be a number of things, water retention (warm weather), constipation, time of the month... :ohwell: but your body could be saying calm down, I need to get used to these changes which makes your weightloss plateau for a week or two week period. Just stick to whatever you…

Hopefully knowing we are watching each other we will watch what we eat   Mine is: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/HelenS70 Drink plenty of water with this weather  :drinker: :drinker:

Katie, the sugar brings out the flavour of the tinned tomatoes but you can leave it out if you like (remember though it is only 1btsp for that huge pan of chilli) a little of what one fancies
