Welcome... and a past WW person. I also had an issue going from points to calories. But I can assure you ... WW can change their point 100x, but there is only way to count calories. And I can completely understand not have same amount of time for the gym that you used to. Hopefully you can find some support and motivation…

The obvious reason is because you are drinking your calories... The next reason is because your body chooses to burn of alcohol before fat.

exactly.. Also ask for NO BUTTER. They cook everything in oil... then finish it with butter. Water... water.. eat some thing in the car on the way. Apple and water, to hold you over while everyone is eating chips.

Im from Maryland... where it's pronounce Murlyn and Baltimore is pronounced Balmor. Also for some MD folks Dog = Dug Window = Winder Sink = Zinc But luckily I escaped that... my mother and grandmother would constantly remind us. How ever I do say: Yogrit ..instead of yogurt. ????

what have you tried?? Do you waht you like to do... If you like to dance... dance If you like to walk... walk Find something you like to do... or it will be miserable. I find I like to work out in groups, so my workouts are not as sucky as they used to be!! Maybe find other workouts on the Wii!

I would try to stop weighing yourself daily, because there is so much more to it that diet. Did you work out... was vigorous.. was it weights, did you ..eerrr...uuummmm.... go to the "bathroom", did you drink enough water? Yep.. I think weightloss to like... smoking. You dont just quit that on the firt try right?? It's takes several times, to get through it. I think most folks can relate...to your situation.

Well.. funny you say that, because I literally just said to my workout partner. I sweat so much more and so much more quicker than when I started in 2008... I have been consitently working 4-5 days a week, since then. My work outs change but nothing extreme.

Sometimes it is sabotage... sometimes it's just out of habit. They are used to coming to you with whatever it is. But yes... I have had several SABOTAGERS over the past few years. My cowowrker now loves to burn those super sweet smelling "candles", they smell like cake, cookies, muffins & pies..I have complained about this…
