  • Well part of it is that, guys who like girls who aren't super skinny aren't really influencing media. The entire world of hollywood/show business is what dictates what you hear in the Media, and THEY are the ones who only accept the far left size. I voted for the far right body type, but you have to realize too that, some…
  • Far right would be my first choice, but I would be fine with the middle as well. Far left, no thanks.

  • I've been putting in Bailey's Fat Free Creamer (They have Original Irsh Creme and French Vanilla in the fat free variety). With 16oz of Coffee, I usually put in 4Tbs of my creamer, which comes out to 100 calories worth. I know this sounds like a lot, but I don't need to any sweetener with the 4Tbs of creamer. On the days…
  • Somewhere along the way, somebody was conducting some sort of nutritional study and came to the conclusion that people who eat breakfast, Tend to eat less calories for lunch & dinner, Thus creating the notion that "everyone should eat breakfast" so you don't overeat on lunch & dinner. This somehow got twisted around into…
  • I'm pretty much in the same boat. It's pretty much a given that we will all have weekends where we just go a little overboard, or simply eat some stuff we wouldn't necessarily eat while on a weight loss regiment. I also try to compensate for this during the week. Whether it be some extra exercise, or a little more caloric…
  • I would choose the lowest calorie bread possible, you can find ones that are 60 or less calories per slice. You can get reduced fat peanut butter, and either get sugar free jelly or reduced sugar, etc.
  • Either pay for two or fly first class. It's the unfortunate reality of our world. Think of it in the opposite context. If you're the VP of an Airline, and you see that 5 seats per flight are empty simply because you had 5 severely obese passengers, you've lost the money from those 5 seats, in addition to giving 5 less…
  • I would have to say no. My GF of almost 4 years has struggled with her weight, and after giving birth to our son 8 months ago, actually lost quite a bit of the weight but has since put a lot back on. It hasn't bothered me, except for that fact that she now resents ME for losing weight, which I don't feel is fair.
  • Heck no. She is not the way she is because of anything the taxpayers caused, she is the way she is because of her inaction on eating healthy and exercising properly. Everybody on this site is doing their due diligence in exercising and eating healthy, there's no reason why this person should be any different and she…
  • Once you reach target, you would want to change your goal in MFP to be maintain current weight, and that should bring your caloric number much higher regardless.
  • Knee high socks. Oh my.
  • Hey there, I frequently use the elliptical at the gym. I like it as an alternative to running. I don't like to do the Same exercise every day, and on the days where I am more sore I enjoy the elliptical because it's much easier to do while sore than more running. I am not sure if they have contributed to any "major…

  • I couldn't see what was going on in your pic, based on the tiny version.
  • @ minibusx what on earth is happening here??
  • Hmm I did not know that's where this quote came from (Shame on me, as I have been a Carolina Panthers fan for 11 years now). Thanks for the info!
  • I work Mon-Fri 7:30am - 4pm and I go before work, from about 6-7am and it has really worked out well. I am much more inclined to go before work rather than after.
