  • I have not found this to be true. Sometimes I lost more than that before going down a size. After adding in weight training I went down a size after losing only 2 pounds on the scale. Depends on your body composition changes.

  • Same here! I've lost almost 70 #'s and I feel like I cannot get warm. I was always the one that would shock people I shook hands with due to the warmth of my hands. I'm glad it is getting warmer!
  • I gained alot of weight on advair but it did work. I am on Alvesco now and it is wonderful! No side effects and haven't had to use resuce inhaler since I started it!
  • I was just out of my 170's. I am 42 and have not had knee or any other issues. I now run 2 -3 5Ks a week with no problems. Just listen to your body and rest when it tells you too! I'm hoping to be in the 140's at my weigh in next month!

  • My fave breakfast is 1/2 cup Oats cooked in water. Then I add 1T each of walnuts, ghirardeli semi sweet chocolate chips, and clover honey. It is about 370 calories and it is delicious. Of course now I can't eat oatmeal w/o chocolate because it just doesn't taste as good!
