Give it a couple weeks to measure before relying on it. I find about 200-500 a day difference between the two. For me I lose better eating based on BMF meaning FB is too low.

I have both. I like both but think the BMF is more realistic and hated the FB integration with MFP. Will keep both since FB is not broken. In summer will likely put BMF away since the arm band is unsightly

1,700 - 2,100. Most often @ 1,900. I am 5'2" and 149 looking to lose 20 more. I am losing about 1.5 pounds a month and not starving. Working on sustainable for life.

I have been eating at TDEE for a little over a week and have lost 2-pounds. The same thing happened when I went from 1,500 up to 1,700-1,800 calories per day. My pants are definitely tighter though. Weird stuff

Home, I hate to share the elliptical (have to share it with my husband though and he keeps attaching the arms which I have to detach). It would drive me nuts waiting in line for it at the gym, but then I don't go to the gym ;)

I have had Asics, Saucony, and Brooks. Currently sporting Brooks after a pair of Asics that were causing some foot pain. Your feet change over time. Don't get stuck on the brand as these ones are all good. Go for what truly fits and will hold up with your mileage. Go to a running store for a proper fit and enjoy.

Ah! That makes sense. What a boat load of walking. How do your feet handle it? At a certain point my feet just don't feel like they should go any further. I have a treadmill desk and use it 2-4 hours a day, depending on how my feet feel that day.

I am not fond of the taste but like their ingredients. Will have to try banana nut and see if the flavor appeals to me. Right now I am rocking lunabars because they taste so freaking good and contain only the good stuff (sans sufficient protein). Quest bars are good.
