  • also can I suggest searching on youtube and make your own zumba class playlist, it's a great idea as well......... here's an example http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/866590-fun-free-at-home-zumba-workout
  • for 45 days those results are amazing! Keep up the great work. You can tell how much you have lost and TONED, I can't believe it only took 45 days! Whatever you are doing it is working! Your legs are slimmer and alot more toned, your stomach looks flat and smooth. Mind sharing what you have been up to?!
  • make sure the IMG tags are in lowercase
  • get some baguettes (small french bread loaves) slice them into maybe 1/2 thick pieces. take some cream cheese and a packet of ranch seasoning mix those two. Spread it on top of the sliced baguettes to taste (i like it thin but my husband likes it piled on) then top with a slice of roma tomato. Simple and light.
  • Find a walk-in clinic, uninsured is no reason to not take care of yourself. You may rack up some bills but most medical clinics especially if part of a hospital will work out payment plans if you do not have insurance. If you are in the US, they are legally not allowed to refuse medical care to anyone. Going to a clinic…
  • in will get them done!
  • Congrats!
  • bumping to check out later!
  • I never have to wet my strap before use and mine works great. I do tuck my band entirely under my sports bra/bra the entire way around however. I find if I just have them below the band of my bras that the band pushes the sensor away from good contact with my skin. Also make sure the strap is tight enough, if it is easy to…
  • lots of people start with 30DS, it won't be entirely low impact (jumping jacks, butt kicks, jump rope) but all three levels of the program are on youtube so you can easily do it at home without cost.
  • accepted and finished!
  • How about you make a small batch of something like macaroni and cheese from scratch. Find a recipe figure out how many servings it makes and modify the recipe so all you make is the one serving to satisfy the craving. You get your treat without any extras to tease yourself with. If you buy candy, cookies, or something of…
  • I bought 9 boxes two weeks ago from my friends daughter, still have 6 boxes left. I log them with everything else when I do have them but I make sure to look at the nutrition info so I get that "omg 2 cookies is 130 *$%# calories!" effect, that keeps me in check. My kids and husband ate out of those 3 boxes of cookies also…
  • I have goals set, big ones being a sizable cash allotment I keep adding to for clothes shopping when I get to my goal and to the point I am ready to maintain. Other then that I reward myself with say a new pair of sneakers which I bought myself last month for getting back into activity (mine are about a year and half old…
  • I think find a way to fit it in yur calories for the day, or hell if you don't screw it and eat what you are craving anyway. Don't Binge but treat yourself. You have worked hard and it is a lifestyle change not a diet. So find ways to give yourself those little things when they pop into your head. Everything in moderation…
  • Eating well and exercising regularly will probably help you balance out while you are trying to find that magically correct dosage of thyroid hormone for your body. Plus if you build a steady set of good habits now it will be easier later when your body is ready. You'll make your heart stronger, and probably even…
  • http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Qt5Vy_EnoU I have seen jumping jacks done like this on many workout dvds as low impact modifications such as on turbo fire, chalean extreme, etc. Also would this type of lunge be better for you since it is not as static?
  • Would love to have a few more friends myself. 27 years old, 5'2'' 175lbs looking to ultimately drop to about 130-120. I could use some people for accountability and motivation as I am historically a person who loses my gumption in this fight over the past few years since having kids, it is very easy to make excuses.
  • Definitely find modifications. Which moves are you unable to do maybe people here can give you good alternatives that work the same muscle groups in a different way that may help. You are doing what you can which is more then doing nothing and overall you will be strengthening your leg.
  • Jager and redbull. My friend gave me two bottles for christmas that are just taunting me. I used to drink a bottle a week of the stuff at a minimum but haven't drank anything other then some wine on new years in almost two months now.
  • I am struggling with getting off the ground with this workout as well as I find it gives me shin splints and have had to take days off I did day 1 & 2 back to back and day 2 I was in pain like my legs wanted to fold beneath me anytime I attempted any of the cardio moves and especially the butt kicks. I was doing insanity…
  • Oh also things like ritz crackers can be dipped in soup and pretty much dissolve in your mouth.
  • I just had all four of mine done on january 10th. you can look back through my food diary if you want for some ideas. I made alot of homemade soups after I would say day 5 when I was up for go ing to the grocery but up until the end of last week I was still eating a soft diet. I had to blend the canned soups I had the…
  • go to www.teambeachbody.com and get on the forums they have a board with success pictures for each program that people post (just like people do here on MFP but only for p90x users) you will see TONS of people who have lost weight with the program. So no it is not true that you won't lose weight with the program. It is a…
  • I am 5'2'' start weight 175 on day 5 today. All my calorie burns according to my HRM have been between 275-300 for the 4 days I have done it. I list it as circuit training and enter my own calories but it is always pretty close to the MFP numbers.
  • I feel your pain I have a 3 year old and 4 year old my husband is military and even when hes home hes pretty much working. Studying his books and T.O.'s for rank tests or qualification tests or working hours that do not permit me getting help from him to go to the gym or keep kids out of my hair. Our gym is about 40…
  • I would like not to have a thigh gap, per say, but to be able to not have my thighs rub together when I walk/run or when my feet are shoulder width apart. It is rather uncomfortable and in large part the reason i no longer wear shorts.
  • My shins where the calves connect have been hurting since I started 30DS. I think it more is all the lunges then the impact honestly. I was doing insanity for a few weeks before stopping due t wisdom tooth surgery with no problems. Started back with 30DS to keep it lower impact and started to feel like I was getting shin…
  • My bodybugg only gave me about 170 calorie burn for the 30 minute chunk of time. My HRM gave me 280 calories for level 1 day 4.... yesterday was the first time I started wearing my bodybugg again. All 4 times my burn has been in the 270-300 range for 30DS level 1 with my HRM. I sort of believe my HRM more because I keep my…
  • I love this! You ladies are inspiring. I literally spent the past summer at the beach wearing gym shorts and loose tank tops in the water over my swimsuit feeling miserably uncomfortable, and haven't even dared to wear a bikini by itself since I was pregnant with my 4 year old! Thank you for sharing!
