This is my 2nd month in this challenge. I live with my 2 best friends in the world, my dogs I am 52 yrs old. I started making changes in March 2012. I weighed 284 then. I am down to 208.5 - 14 months later. My goal is to lose weight and get in better shape. My ultimate goal is 150 lbs. I did 50 crunches today.

[/URL] I don't own horses anymore, but my daughter has 3. The pic is of me in Feb this year. I weighed about 220. I did use a mounting block as I am 5'3" and the horse is 16.3 hh. I want this horse when my daughter retires her from endurance riding(and I am lighter). I really had fun riding that day!

I don't work out with anyone and no one I know would even walk with me. BUT my dog does walk and run with me and loves it. So I am working out today by running 30 min with my dog Pandora. She is the best partner ever.

I didn't do 18th. no time. I did go to the gym for 50 minutes though. Today I did eat 5 veg servings. I ran 2.2 miles and walked 2+ miles.

I joined the Sopranos to be accountable to someone other then me. I am at a challenging point in my weight loss as I have not weighed less than the weight I am at now in 30+ years. I must be honest I don't know what the Sopranos are. lol

I lost 40 lbs without exercise. Now I workout 30 minutes weights 2 to 3 times a week and I walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day. I feel great and my skin is slowly tightening up.
