Congrats to everyone you have all come so far. I did W5D3 this morning. I am still in shock that I did it. I am 52 yrs old, 223 lbs. I have a new admiration for runners.

What’s the worst thing that can happen if you try doing the c25k? You could decide you hate running or you might just find out you like it. I have always hated running, but decided to give it a try. Pandora(8) and Zarina(7) My best friends. Zarina hates C25K so I got her the stroller so she can keep up lol.

I eat 2000 calories a day. I am losing 1.3 lbs average a week. It has been 10+ months.

A year ago I would have said...eat, drink and sit around all day is normal. Today I did C25k Week 2 day 1 and I felt good about it. I ate within my calories allowance too.

you can add me. I don't log my food here either. I use a spreadsheet at home so I can plan ahead. I don't eat snickers often, because my favorite is reeses peanut butter cups. Take care.

I am doing week 1 day 2 in a few minutes. I hope it is easier than day 1 as it was very hard for me. I have never run in my life before so this should be interesting.

I don’t understand your post completely. I never named names so exactly what people did I insult? I never said anything about "people who dont like low calorie food" so this part confused me.

First: I would like to thank morbidbones for posting this. Second: how do I block all these “perfect” people. I DON’T eat perfect food all the time so I don't think I fit in with them. I need a diet coke and a chocolate bar after reading all this stuff.
