Yes, I did cut back on my drinking. That was one of my biggest issues anyways, Its never one beer for me, then I will want more beer, and maybe some chips and pizza, just like you said. congrats on your weight lost. I have lost 40 lbs, but it took me years to do so. I want to lose another 40, but I would like to do it a little faster now like you did. I write down my weight on my calender, and I exercise every day. I try to keep myself busy, so I won't have the urge to snack.

I am not going to lie, I only work out every now and then but you can still lose weight without exercising. It's possible, I have lost 25 lbs so far.

Your boobs look fine to me. Its expected to go down breast size. I am very large breasted, but I'm also overweight. At my smallest I was a small C/large B, but I also could of lost a little more weight so I might even be smaller than that. Ever thought about breast implants?

I don't like football, so thankfully I don't have to avoid the yummy appetizers and drinks everyone will be consuming. My friend is also on a diet, but she is watching the game and making healthy weight watcher appetizers for her friends. I have cut out most bread from my diet, every now and then I might have a slice but I try not to eat it anymore.

Cheat days never worked for me in the past. I would gain a couple of pounds, and then it would take me a whole week to get back to where I was, maybe longer. I say go for a cheat meal, like say if you want a donut, have one in the morning. I would never do a whole cheat day though.

I like the pop chips and the special k cracker chips. As for ice cream and french fries, I stay away from that. I usually have a small snack in the afternoon, and you can have your pop chips then. Count how many you eat and record it. Put it on a plate or bowl and then close the box and put it away so you won't eat anymore…

I'm 5'0 and my goal weigh is 110, and if I feel that I could lose a little more then maybe 105. I was 115 at my smallest, and I still had a bit of a belly so its a guessing game for me.

The weirdest weigh loss comment I had was that I looked too slutty in these pictures I posted on my facebook. Not really sure why I looked slutty, it was a picture of my face. Just jealous girls I guess.

Well, I do agree that you shouldn't deprive yourself from a cupcake, but even someone like myself would prolly eat 2 cupcakes. I know my dad likes to fry some chicken wings sometimes, and I catch myself even eating 5 or 6 of them when I already had dinner. I just do my best to avoid it.

Just maintain my weight, and try not to gain anything back. Enjoy the new me as well, buy new clothes..etc.

In any situtation, even if you are trying to help, trying to lose weight is already a difficult thing to do. It's best to give advice in a postive form, rather than be negative cause that can really let a person down who is trying.
