Didn't have one for 2 months, then 1 then 28 days later.. then nothing for 42 days. Now on day 23. I would have more luck predicting the lottery numbers. When you consider, abdominal fat is the biggest producer of estrogen outside of the ovaries.. no wonder some of our cycles are screwed up.

I run my YurBuds cable up my running top. The Yurbuds are fantastic, and "lock" in the ear.

That is wonderful!

This is incorrect, unless you have a very short rubber hose and a plastic bag for a digestive system. There is no "suppose" about the human body... every one is different. The human body does not come with an instruction manual. The digestive tract is long, and it takes time for the body to process food. 50% of stomach…

Anyone out there?

If you are new, I wish you all the very best of luck with your journey. Kat

What area are you in?

I had been to other department stores, and they weren't as knowledgeable as Nordstrom. They were fantastic, they really were. They knew how to measure properly, and the lady I dealt with, knew exactly what I was talking about when I told her my problem areas. She went, picked up a bra, I tried it on, and it fit like it was…

Good grief! I never thought of how many feet it was. That is a real eye opener.

I have an EatSmart™ Precision Digital Bathroom Scale It guarantees 100% accurate. It reads the same no matter where on the floor it is, or how many times I step on it.

Thank you, friend. I couldn't have done it without you and my other MFP buddies. BIG HUGS to all of you

I never mention health and fitness on Facebook. People either don't want to know, are jealous of any progress and too lazy to do it themselves, or they will attempt to derail you. It is important here to get quality friends who support you and you can support. I have an amazing group of friends on here. I really couldn't…

I have a damaged knee (cartilage is badly damaged) that probably will not get better without surgery. I was on crutches and the pain was off the charts around March when I started my journey. The pain these days is around 8/10 days. I have pain standing and walking. Going up stairs is a very slow process indeed. I started…

Not silly at all. Congratulations on that NSV!! The things we think are silly can really motivate us to keep going. All the best on your journey to a healthier happier you!

I would agree. I try to keep up with all my MFP friends, and they keep up with me. I just don't see how you could be supportive of hundreds. I prefer quality over quantity. My MFP friends are fabulous, and I couldn't have come this far without them.

I was informed, the pain is from weak quads, because the tendons go down the front across the knee. I injured my knee (damaged cartilage, which will not heal without surgery) by a fall over a year ago, and was unable to walk. I started walking bit by bit, and wanted to increase my exercise.. I saw a girl wearing strange…

I would have to agree with this comment. Usually people put others down, because it makes them feel better about their insecurities. Do they need to get in shape and/or lose weight? If they do, it is just pure jealously, that you did it, and too lazy. Congratulations on your weight loss. You look fabulous!

I think the key to it, is NO excuses. When I started with MFP at the end of March this year, I could hardly walk without agony due to a fall and a damaged cartilage. People make excuses "I don't have time to exercise". If it is important to you, you'll make time. Turn the TV off, and go for a walk. I still have an injured…

Personality. Beauty is more than skin deep, it really is. I was in a cosmetics store, where a woman (she looked like she was an old leather handbag sucking a wasp, but thought herself gorgeous), was being so appallingly bad mannered to me. I told her... "lady, no amount of makeup will cover up an ugly personality".

There you go. Congratulations on the NSV
