Same problem for me! I'm glad I'm not alone! I live in the Buffalo area also! I've been adding t-shirts,or turtle necks under everything this winter, they help. I used to wear short sleeves all winter before I lost weight. I will gladly live with a turtleneck!

I had it about a year ago. It is horrible!!! My podiatrist recommended some exercises and I did them faithfully and it was gone in less than 2 months! Look on the internet and you can get exercises..do them! I actually had a broken foot on the left and a heel spur on the right at the same time! good luck!

Definitely a victory!!! The biggest victory is your attitude, working out and cutting down! Keep it up. You may have good days and bad days but it is SO worth it!
-
Don't wait until Monday.. get going today! If you can't get to the gym, work out at home. I've never been to a gym and I work out every day.

Good for you! You are on the right path and you know the potential pitfalls! You got this!

I feel for you! 43 pounds is nothing to sneeze at! Sizes are crazy! It depends on the brand/store. I can vary 3 sizes depending on the brand. Try others, you'll find something that fits. Don't give up, you are doing great!

Love It! Thanks!

I was fat and fifty and believe me it is no fun! I am 58 now and I've lost over 100 pounds. MFP is great for ideas and support! Log everything you eat and start doing some exercise. I started with walking. It is easy, free and you can build up time and speed as you are able. I do turbofire now! Feel free to add me!
