Thanks for this. I agree particularly with #2. I was in denial for about 6 months...started doing some "unsustainable" projects and predictibly got frustrated. I'm taking a close look at what is reasonable for my family and work schedule that will be "sustainable" and portable (I have to travel/move a lot for my job).…

Here we go, day 63 fit test results: day1/day63 switch kicks 30/80 powerjaks 20/42 pwr knee 35/89 pwr jump 10/30 globe jump 4/7 suicide jump 4/10 push ups* 1/10 low plank obliq 12/30 * still could not do the push up jack, just a reg push up

Seemed nice enough, " No bread forever..." I tried and after about 30 days I ate so much bread...this was years ago. The battle with me and bread isn't over but I'm not banning it.

33 pounds is a phenomenal amount of weight lost!!! Many, many people (including myself) would be envious. All carbs are not bad...

this is one of the few work outs I "like" only because I can do most of the routines without falling down.

I just did my informal taping yesterday, only half inch off the hips/butt! Awful. oh how discouraging....I'm just going to finish and seriously reassess what I need to do to get fit. :(

Same exact boat!!! I like the posts so far. Common themes, limit cheat days and drink more water. I could definitely drink more but while I'm trying to study it's very HARD not to have some candy...being over 40 makes it all more difficult :( No matter, I'm sticking with it.

Day 27 today for me. Not sure about weight loss, getting taped in 1 week. Some days I feel more empowered...today is NOT one of them as I glanced at my muffin top. No worries. Sticking with it.
