usually its anywhere between 1000 and 1400. i vary it depends on the day :)

i love the wii hula hoop :D i sometimes do 10 min boxing, 10 min hula hoop, 10 min boxing, 10 min hoola hoop ... and that gives you an good workout :D my back and arms were killing from doing it the other day ive had to have rest days lol!!

im on a 1200 calorie diet and feel fine... yes some days i go up to 1500 but i dont feel guilty for those as usually its 1200... 1200 is fine :D

yay lucky you :D a simular thing happened to me. i didnt exercise for a week and ate LOADS of junk... but i gained nothing!!

Hey im just going to post the days ive done so far :D Day 1: 25 min Day 2: 20 min Day 3: 20 min (also 12 minute own cross train circuit) Day 4: 22min (also 30 min slow dog walk, 40 minutes stationary bike and 200 crunches) Day 5 (today): 20 min (also 200 crunches and 40 minute stationary bike) xxx

i cant do a single crunch on my own.. no idea why. but ive bought an ab roller and i can now do up to 100 in a row with no back pain. it supports you so your positioned right and you can use your arms to help. its great id suggest buying one :D

ive recently been on holiday to greece for 2 weeks. and i was drunk every single night. aswell as eating chips with every meal (twice a day) .. ive come home to find ive only gained 4lb and was fit enough to jump straight into the 30 Day Shred. I dont think drinking has a huge impact for me but thats just me. x

im on level 1 day 3 (completed today) i had a rest day yesterday as my thighs were KILLING and today they were still feeling it - especially through lunges. im guna try my hardest to stick at it. if anyone wants to add me for motivation feel free :D xxx
