i eat tonnnes of fruit!!! put loads in a blender with 250ml of water and its AMAZING

the only things i use for cardio are cross trainer (ellipitical) and stationary bike. (with th eoccasionall wii games thrown in but not often) and ive lost 11lb in total :)

im the same! any form of junk food triggers me off to eat more and different junk food ugh.

i havnt got a problem either. I exercise most days to reach my target but its still only 100 or 200 over. x

probably i duno when it was done this is the first time ive watched it!

have a happy meal :D they are about 450 calories! i regularly have them. you feel less guilty and crappy afterwards.

try and eat as close to 1200 as you can... i try to make my net 1200 everyday. (sometimes im under by sometimes it cant be helped..) add me if you like and we can talk :)

im late starting here. but id like to achieve 500 minutes in total! so far ive just done 98 but im doing to push through! back on it in a minute actually :)
