meal replacments
would it be ok if i drank meal replacements such as slimfast for breakfast and lunch then a normal meal at night? obviously drink lots of water and atleast two servings inbetween. how does this sound? xxx

weekly calories vs daily calories.
does anybody count weekly calories instead of daily? ive been thinking of starting to count weekly instead.. so for example im allowed 8400 calories a week (averages 1200 a day).. which will allow me lee-way for each day without stressing. does this work? can anybody share there experiences/thoughts of this? obviously it…

Hello :D im a huge fan of Muesli and fat free natural yoghurt for breakfast or lunch. For the yoghurt i have approx 4-5 table spoons and for the Muesli approx 4-5 table spoons also. im just wondering though how many table spoons is 30g? the muesli i have is harvest morn luxury fruit thankyou :D xx

:D whos in? Can easily be done in 20 sets of 50 or 40 sets of 25 (you might need to note down your sets throughout the day) If you want to set a lower or higher number for yourself that's fine. :) If there's enough interest il make a group so we can log it. Xxx

Hey. my cross trainer distance is only recorded in strides. and i worked out today that one mile equals 2534 strides. Ive just done a mile in one go for the first time and it took me approximately 24 minutes 40 seconds at a average speed of 68. question one: ive lost my manuel and not sure what units 68 is? does anyone…

Ok this is quite embarassing but ive just realised - after trying.. that im unable to do one sit up. Now im not overweight but obviously have zero stomach muscles.
